The two sewage treatment stations in the east and west of Tangshan Central Hospital are managed and operated by Yu Tao. This annual maintenance will be carried out in two stations by taking advantage of the low water volume window in the hospital area. At least one station will be operated at full capacity throughout the entire process, and the drainage of the hospital area will not be affected.
The maintenance content covers offline cleaning and performance testing of membrane components, blower maintenance, online instrument and sensor calibration, and troubleshooting of hidden dangers in the pipe and valve system, etc. After cleaning, the membrane flux returned to more than 95% of the design value, leaving a margin for peak operation in the second half of the year.
The annual iteration of the AI dosing strategy was completed at the same time as the maintenance: the dosing model was retrained based on the data of the previous operating year. After the new version of the strategy was launched, the fluctuation range of effluent turbidity was further narrowed, and the unit consumption of disinfectant dropped simultaneously. Operation reports of the two stations have been submitted to the hospital's logistics and environmental protection departments on a quarterly basis.
