The wastewater treatment project of Zhangjiakou Agricultural Investment and Food Industrial Park has a designed treatment capacity of 1,200 tons per day. It mainly handles production wastewater from food processing enterprises in the park. The water quality is characterized by high organic matter concentration and large fluctuations in water volume. The process route adopts a combination of "pretreatment + hydrolysis and acidification + biological contact oxidation + deep treatment", which has outstanding impact load resistance.
During the completion acceptance monitoring period, the effluent COD, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus and other indicators continuously and stably reached the park emission standards. The acceptance expert team gave a one-time passing evaluation to the project quality and operation records.
The intelligent aeration system delivered with the project has been officially put into operation. It can adjust the aeration volume in real time according to the water inlet load, ensuring stable water output while reducing fan energy consumption. The subsequent operation and maintenance of the project will be undertaken by the Yutao hosting operation team, and the operation data will be connected to the AI smart water platform.
