Jilin Taonan · Livestock Wastewater
01Project Overview
COFCO Jiajiakang (Taonan) Co., Ltd.'s new design, procurement and construction general contracting project for aquaculture wastewater with a treatment capacity of 1800m³/d and returned to farmland
Client: COFCO Jiakang (Taonan) Co., Ltd.
Project type: Livestock Wastewater
Project location: Jilin Taonan
Project Summary
The second biogas station of COFCO Jiajiakang (Taonan) Co., Ltd. is equipped to process aquaculture waste generated in a breeding community with 660,000 animals. The designed daily processing capacity is 1,800 cubic meters of aquaculture wastewater.
The project adopts the "burden reduction and return to field" manure resource utilization process, which combines anaerobic fermentation of manure with aerobic in-depth treatment, retains the energy utilization path of biogas and biogas liquid, and combines nitrogen burden reduction, color reduction, and odor removal treatment to achieve integrated return of water and fertilizer to the field for utilization.
The pig farm manure is transported to the sewage collection tank in the station through a closed pipeline, and is processed by anaerobic fermentation to form biogas slurry and biogas residue; the biogas slurry enters the two-stage A/O aerobic biochemical treatment system for advanced treatment. During the non-fertilization period, it is stored in the biogas tank. During the fertilization period, it is transported to the field through pipelines for fertilizer utilization. The biogas generated during the anaerobic process is used for heating and power generation.
