This version 2.0 upgrade focuses on the two main lines of "prediction" and "optimization": the water quality prediction module outputs the trend of water output indicators in advance based on historical operating data and water inlet load changes, helping the operation team to move the disposal action from post-response to pre-event adjustment; the dosing optimization module automatically searches for the dosing combination with the lowest drug consumption under the constraints of meeting standards.

The upgrade has completed three months of comparative operation at the pilot water station: chemical consumption dropped by 6.3% month-on-month, water quality warning advance time increased from about 1 hour to 4 hours, and the frequency of manual adjustments by the operation team was significantly reduced. The platform also optimizes the alarm classification and work order closed-loop process. After the early warning is confirmed, the processing work order can be directly generated and the processing results can be tracked.

Starting this quarter, version 2.0 will be gradually promoted to all operating projects. The upgrade of old projects adopts the remote push method, without the need to stop water supply and production; the new version of the operation manual and training courses have been delivered to each project operation and maintenance team simultaneously.
